Refund Policy
Possible Eligible for Full Refund:
- In cases where the project has not been started; the initial framework/layout/Concept has not been submitted to client. The Full Refund policy will initiate and will take 35-65 Days to refund the amount.
Possible Eligible for Partial Refund:
- If there is a failure to deliver as per our agreed delivery timeframe on Azulify’s Part. This is at the discretion of Azulify
No Refund:
- After the project starts; the initial framework/layout/Concept has not been submitted to client. This is at the discretion of Azulify
- Sale/discounted projects/items are non-refundable
- If the project has been completed and uploaded on the server or turned over to the client.
- If there is a failure to receive items from clients (i.e. Copy, articles, access to software etc) to Azulify. Azulify will extend a grace period (This is at the discretion of Azulify). However after exhausted measure. The project will stop and no refund will be giving.
- If there is a time delay because for clients. Azulify will extend a grace period (This is at the discretion of Azulify). However after exhausted measure. The project will stop and no refund will be giving.
